| ①,末端類型。未指定時，方頭緊定螺釘末端應(yīng)采用凹端。凹端內(nèi)部或外部可以根據(jù)廠家意愿滾花。錐形末端、長圓柱端、半圓柱端、平端以及倒圓端的參數(shù)詳見表 2.5.1-1。 ②,末端的角度僅適用于螺紋根部以下的部分，因?yàn)槁菁y輪廓內(nèi)的角度可能會因?yàn)橹圃旃に嚨牟煌a(chǎn)生變化。 ③,長圓柱端。當(dāng)有效螺紋長度小于螺紋公稱直徑時，則不應(yīng)采用長圓柱端。這種情況下應(yīng)采用半半圓柱端。 ④,螺紋系列和等級。方頭緊定螺釘應(yīng)采用ASME B1.1規(guī)定的統(tǒng)一螺紋，英寸制，細(xì)牙或8-thread系列，2A級。對于有涂鍍層的螺紋，其尺寸在涂鍍前應(yīng)滿足2A級精度，涂鍍后的螺紋需通過基本的3A級通規(guī)和2A級螺紋規(guī)進(jìn)行最小材料或止規(guī)的檢驗(yàn)。 ⑤,若無指定，螺釘螺紋尺寸應(yīng)按ASME B1.3中的21體系要求進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。 |
